This weekend, the brothers of the Virginia Mu chapter of SigEp at George Mason University had the opportunity to attend the annual Carlson Leadership Academy. Carlson is a weekend filled with different resources and sessions to help those in executive and non-executive roles better their chapter.

Carlson also highlights the importance of SigEp’s commitment to building Balanced Men with values of Virtue, Diligence, and Brotherly Love. The brothers of our chapter got a chance to meet brothers from other chapters to learn and improve methods for roles such as recruitment, programming, and communications.
